Andrea Cornalba was born in Pavia in 1990 and has nurtured a passion for drawing since childhood. He pursued his studies at the A. Volta Technical Institute, specializing in surveying, and completed his education with a diploma and professional qualification.

Over time, his interest shifted toward the visual arts, leading him to begin painting as a self-taught artist, initially working with acrylics. He later refined his technique through courses held by artist and instructor Monica Anselmi at the Arvima Civic School, where he explored oil painting and began experimenting with a variety of materials and techniques.

Andrea is an active member of several artist groups in the Pavia area, including the Libera Associazione Pittori Pavesi (L.A.PI.PA), Arte 17, and Lo Specchio dell’Arte.

Inspired by Pop Art and figurative styles, he is a versatile and dynamic artist, capable of creating works ranging from detailed portraits to abstract compositions, as well as large-scale murals commissioned to meet the unique vision of each client.
